•Netrality secures $380 Million sustainability-linked credit facility.

• H5 Announces San Antonio expansion.

•Databank is one of the latest to expand in Virginia. As reported in a previous PDR, Virginia has made it very attractive for building data centers.


ISP News

•FCC renews broadband data rule waiver. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has decided to continue waiving a requirement that providers’ broadband data collection (BDC) filings are certified by a professional engineer.

•States are now seeing Fiber is not the only way to deliver broadband.

Vistabeam comes to Oshkosh, Nebraska, with fiber optic Internet.
