WISP tower random photos

I was going through some older hard drives and came across some of these photos of Baicells, Cambium and other gear on towers. These were installed for Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs). See below for those who don’t know what a WISP is.

A Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) is a telecommunications company that delivers high-speed internet access to customers using radio frequency signals instead of traditional wired connections. WISPs utilize radio towers or antennas to transmit and receive data wirelessly, offering broadband connectivity in areas where wired infrastructure is impractical or unavailable. These providers deploy Wi-Fi, microwave, or other radio frequency technologies to connect the user’s location and the WISP’s access point. WISPs are crucial in bridging the digital divide by bringing internet services to rural and remote areas and fostering increased connectivity and online accessibility.
